Toshiba LED TV 32RL858B Review

The Toshiba 32RL858B is an attractive looking LED TV coming in at a great price with a specification and list of features you'll struggle to find on other 32 inch televisions in a similar price range. It’s amazingly slim with a small bezel. It has a Freeview HD tuner already installed and uses edge LED lighting. Multimedia files can easily be viewed from a PC network or USB device. It even has Toshiba's new online platform 'Toshiba Places' allowing you to watch videos, listen to music and access various other services.

The Toshiba 32RL858B has plenty of connections including three HDMIs, one USB, a D-Sub PC port and an Ethernet port. A dongle can also be added to the USB slot allowing Wi-Fi access. You get a Full HD screen, a superb contrast ratio of 3,000,000:1 and 100Hz processing. There are myriad picture and display options in the on screen menu allowing for numerous settings and personal fine tuning. The picture quality was never going to be as good as some LED TV costing four figures but it's far superior to the majority of 32 inch models out there.

The on screen menu is really user-friendly and everything is displayed nicely. The Toshiba 32RL858B's remote control surpasses other budget LED TV's look and appearance with a robust, solid feel along with a well organised button layout. As with any slim, modern TV you don't get the sound quality and booming bass from older CRT televisions but that's par for the course these days. This TV does hold it's own though in this department and the audio quality is more than adequate.

The Toshiba 32RL858B is an excellent piece of kit demonstrating fantastic value for money. A fine picture and great features make it one to consider. For more information about the Toshiba 32RL858 and other LCD TVs look at this endorsed website Toshiba 32RL858B.
